Horizontal Carousels

Horizontal Carousels are the perfect solution for limited quantity, small parts, broken case picking in a storage location that is re-stocked every 16 to 22 days.
Some users favor horizontal carousel for very slow-moving parts when high density benefits the operation more than usual.
Worried about wasted space in your warehouse or shop floor above the carousels?
They can be double tiered with just a small mezzanine in front. Or installed under a mezzanine.
Horizontal carousels are simple, robust and reliable, even in zero degree freezer applications. IIS provides spare parts for carousels too.

Vertical Lift Modules

If your ceiling allows an installation of 16 feet or more and the storage requirement for small SKUs is substantial, VLMs (Vertical Lift Modules) may work for your operation AND free up a lot of floor space for other use.
IIS replaces wearable parts on every installation of pre-owned equipment.
