Conveyor Peripherals

Safeties, Bar code Scanners,  Divert Control, Dimensioning and Weighing with full FactoryTalk View maintenance and troubleshooting oversight

Evaluate, Design, Simulate, Build, Integrate, Test

Whether you have begun a recent project or are contemplating a complete transformation of  your operations, our team of industrial process and controls engineers are here to support you.   Our engineers will fully assess your existing proposal, or provide you with a proposal, that addresses flow control, scanner placement, scalability, flexibility and cost-savings.  We are committed to ensuring that you maximize the results from your investment.

  • Evaluate twice, build once!
  • Optimize design for cost savings
  • Simulate flow control to maximize performance
  • Minimize scanner no reads and other errors

Scanners for tracking and routing
Camera Scanners

Camera scanners may be used in a wide variety of applications and are especially useful when there is a need to remotely view or record what has been scanned, whether for the record or for troubleshooting.

Laser Line Scanners

From a scan of a tote license plate bar code or carton ID, line scanners are the work horse of conveyor routing control.  We specify, furnish, install and integrate to conveyor control  for further processing instruction from a WMS or WCS.

Omni Scanners

Omni scanners, when used as part of a shipping line, capture three dimensions of a carton in a single pass.

Dimension and Weigh System
Omni Scanner and In-Line Weigh Scale to eliminate bottlenecks in shipping

The first step to automating shipping and labeling:  Integrate dimension capture with in motion scales to build a dimension and weight record.  Rate shop using this data then issue a formatted label via an automated Print and Apply labeler or print and apply manually.  Either way, Omni scanners dramatically improve accuracy and consistency to save on shipping.

Accelerate your shipping through put with automated labeling

Based on your specific needs, IIS offers Print and Apply (PandA) automated labelers to get the job done and help get your packages out the door.

Maximize DC Throughput and Control

Accuracy, reliability, throughput speed

When it has to be done right, call on Industrial Integration Services to implement designs that work, reliably and consistently.

  • Divert signaling - IIS provides PLC programming to detect tote and bar code "license plates" for tote and carton, link to routing tables and trigger diverts rapidly and consistently so mis-reads are rare.
  • Merge control - IIS designs conveyor layouts that work in the real world of package and tote flow.
  • Pick Module tote transfers for zone control - IIS uses variable frequency drive (VFD) motor controls so transfer sections can be tuned for optimum performance.
  • IIS uses camera scanners wherever remote monitoring helps insure optimum function.
  • IIS builds DataLogic into our conveyor control solutions to bring you top quality,1D and 2D bar code readers that get the job done throughout your facility where conveyor is used.
  • IIS integrates Omni scanners by  DataLogic to implement  scanner solutions that require uses wider reading areas and more bar code capture variability.
  • Dimension and weigh - IIS furnishes, installs and  integrates carton dimensioning and weighing for rate shopping.
  • Label Print and Apply (PandA) - IIS furnishes, installs and integrates PandAs for maximum efficiency in shipping.
